This weekend the Preservation Resource Center continues it's Fall Demonstration Class Series with Looking for the Perfect House: Special considerations when buying and owning a historic building. There are a number of unique considerations when buying and owning a historic building. To help make sense of this topic we have assembled a great panel of experts in local realtor David Bowers, mortgage broker Paul Vincent, and insurance agent Linda Coleman to speak with the class about the differences of buying/owning a historic building as opposed to a newer structure.
Join us to learn some valuable insights on owning historic property.
Classes are $10 for GHF members, and $12 for non-members.
Classes are held Saturday mornings starting at 9 am in the second floor classroom at the Architectural Salvage Warehouse (908 23rd Street)
